The description of the zip line matched exactly with the product received. The delivery was very fast. Only the instructions were somewhat difficult at times. With two people, the assembly is nearly impossible. Would gladly do it again!

Patience and availability of contact given the situation. Appreciated commercial gesture made. After, I still regret that supposedly French products are made elsewhere than in France (hence the big delay in delivery because products did not arrive in the France Trampoline warehouses.)

The order went very well as did the delivery. Perfect. This trampoline is wonderful for both an adult and my little girl who just turned 3 and it was for her. A bit complicated to assemble but it's sturdy and well protected. Over time, outside, I don't know the duration but I trust. Thank you again. Very good product in relation to the price.

The announced deadlines are not respected and assumed. We purchased a ninja course, 2 jump'up 360 trampolines, accessories, and spare parts about 8 months ago due to a violent weather episode. You refused to send us an invoice including the trampoline purchased in December 2020 and the accessories purchased a month later (they were not available at the time of the trampoline purchase), to facilitate a partial refund from the insurance. Moreover, the price of the trampoline has increased by 20% in 6 months and you did not want to make a commercial gesture. You will understand our dissatisfaction.

Invoices are otherwise directly available in your customer area if needed. The prices of our trampolines have indeed increased due to the rise in raw material prices with the health crisis.
