The paint batch was defective: the adhesive and the solvent completely dry!!! I had to make additional purchases which deeply irritated me. My goal was precisely to avoid that which would have justified the high expense for a little paint!!!

If the trampoline received satisfies me, I am however very unhappy with the customer relationship of France Trampoline. I have contacted the company several times (in July and August) by phone to request a quote for 4 identical trampolines. Each time I was received on the phone by a charming person but I never received the requested quote??? What is happening at France Trampoline that does not call back its customers?

Not recommended. Poor customer service. I bought an Ovalie 360 trampoline. The quality of the trampoline is average. For example, the various frame parts and the net do not fit very well. Therefore, the assembly took a long time. Particularly frustrating was that the edge of the net is too short. The customer service from Trampolin Technik confirmed that the entire production batch is affected by this error, but did not offer a replacement and also refused to rectify the defect.

Indeed, we had a small defect in a series of these models - however, we offered spare parts to restore the trampoline. Perhaps this model was not suited to your needs. The Ovalie trampolines are designed for family leisure use. If you need a robust model for dynamic jumps, our Apollo Sport series is more suitable.
