Very good service. Informed advice from a consultant over the phone. However, the initial delivery time was supposed to be 4 weeks and we received it after 2 weeks. The assembly is well explained but takes a bit of time.

I called because during this particular period we are going through I was not sure about the process and I was also unsure about my dimensions. Just a jumping mat to repurchase. I had a very pleasant advisor who was able to answer and guide me. The package arrived and 30 minutes later it was set up..thank you for this pleasant service and the speed of the deadlines.
