The net ordered as a replacement is not of the same quality as the previous one. The 2 edges do not meet, the previous one had 2 zippers and therefore a much easier way to enter the trampoline.

Indeed, for safety standards reasons, it is no longer possible on the new trampoline nets to have an opening with a zip door in the shape of an 'L'. The new opening system is therefore based on a vertical zip that opens the entire height of the net to maintain easy entry and exit from the trampoline. Sent on time, good packaging, perfectly conforms to the description. I wanted hooks that seemed to facilitate the setup. And it's true, it was easy and well adapted to my trampoline. Indeed, you need to try to stretch it well to avoid water pooling in case of rain or at least create a channel for the water to be evacuated more easily. In any case, it eventually dries and stays neat and clean.

The received products are of good quality, no problems there. However, when I place my order, I am told that everything is in stock and at the time of payment, I am told 5 days delay for delivery. Great. 10 days later still nothing. I check my inbox and there is a message informing me that there are stock shortages and that I will receive my order as soon as you have received it but without any delay. I was very unhappy. I had to wait 1 month before being delivered. So half of the holidays without a trampoline for the children. Too bad. The rating could have been perfect.
