We contacted France Trampoline following an early wear problem on an item we purchased a few months ago. As usual, their customer service was attentive and very efficient: after sending photos from our side to explain the encountered problem, they immediately sent us a new part to replace the defective one. Quality and seriousness of the service, robustness of the proposed items, we highly recommend this company.

Order received very quickly, good communication with customer service. However, regarding the maximum weight supported by the trampoline, not very clear: label on the trampoline Max 120kg, in the manual 15kg, on the site 35 kg, after inquiry with customer service finally 25 kg.
