Purchase of a replacement net. Compared to the original net, the quality is really worse: lightweight material, snagged during installation, no Velcro like the previous model. Additionally, after a storm yesterday, a white and very foamy product was dripping from the net (we do not know what it is - toxicity on a product for children?)

According to current procedures, the carrier has a period of 7 working days to conduct their investigations after the opening of the dispute on May 6. We are currently awaiting their response and have followed up with their service. Regarding your message from May 12 at 10 am, our team responded to you the very next day, May 13 at 11 am. Our response times are 24 to 48 working hours, which we strictly adhere to. Your review was submitted only 6 hours after sending your email on 12/05/25 at 10 am. Unacceptable to charge *** euros for shipping fees when we live on an island where there is a bridge, so there should normally be no problem for deliveries. Therefore, we had to have it delivered to my brother in Bordeaux, and to top it all off, he had to go pick up the package at a relay point because the carrier didn't even bother to deliver it to his home while he was there specifically for the delivery.
