Difficult to give a positive review because the purchased fabric should have been under warranty. Indeed, the fabric had a lifespan of less than 5 years under moderate use in a secondary residence. Our previous trampoline lasted 17 years with more intensive use. The offered shipping costs are nothing more than a stopgap. There is clearly a quality problem at France Trampoline.

This period indeed exceeds our warranty since it is normal for natural wear to occur on the jumping mat after several years of use. We ordered a model with a diameter of 2.50 m. 2 days later, realizing our mistake, we were able to modify our order without any problem thanks to the kindness of our contact, to replace it with an order of a smaller diameter. We find the quality of the trampoline very good. We were very satisfied with accessibility, willingness to provide information, and advice. We were less satisfied with the shipping in ***. Unfortunately, I had to organize someone to wait at home for 4 hours during regular working hours until delivery. However, the trampoline techik cannot be blamed for that.

I was trusted and I must admit that it is very pleasant to be heard. Not only did the person online notify the error but also corrected it very quickly.
