The material is of good quality and easy to assemble with clear instructions, however, it's better to have two people to assemble it. On YouTube, there is also a video on how to jump correctly and my 5-year-old daughter who is learning has a lot of fun. Recommended!

On the site, we can easily find our spare part. Jumping mat for a 20-year-old trampoline! Before sending your order, an employee contacts you to verify if we have indeed found the right part. I really appreciated that. It avoids returns and all the hassles that come with it. Then, delivery on time as announced.

Everything went very well. Shortly after the order, I was called by an employee to clarify the delivery. One package (Abdecplane) was missing upon delivery, probably our fault for not checking completeness with the carrier. After a call, however, it was no problem; the missing package was sent to me without additional costs. The employee on the phone was very friendly and helpful.
