When I bought the trampoline, the poles were connected with a rubber band, which I found sensible. The new poles are separate and not connected. As a result, they slide apart and can bend again! Furthermore, the upper edge will not remain stable. The quality has declined for me. I am sure that the separate poles will not last long either!!!

We do specify that these arches are not to be connected with a rubber band during replacement. This is mentioned in bold and underlined in the product description for your information. I ordered and paid for a trampoline surround on 23.09.2024 because I had a good experience with the delivery of a jumping mat. The delivery date was set for 28.11.24, and on 29.11.24, the handover to the carrier was confirmed. Since then, the shipment has been untraceable, as communicated via email on 12.12.24. As of now, on 05.01.25, I have no information on whether and when I will receive the delivery.
