I bought a trampoline about 1 month ago, and as of today it still hasn't arrived. I have sent several emails to get information and I am still waiting.

Sir, Madam, we understand your message, as your order is blocked at the agency in Barcelona, waiting to be sent to the final delivery agency and then to your locality. However, as explained with customer service, due to local flooding around Valencia, your city is currently inaccessible for deliveries. We also find this problematic, but we must wait for the situation to normalize and for the carriers to obtain authorization to circulate again. The protective net for the 240 cm trampoline is made of magnificent material, beyond expectations, fits perfectly and is easy to assemble. Matches the description. Only small issue, the slackline tends to twist out of the walking plane at about 90 degrees due to the way it is attached to the trees. I will do further tests
