I am very happy with the product for now. I was very well guided for the assembly by a person on the phone to whom I sent photos of my trampoline and who advised me very well because I couldn't manage to put the safety net on and I didn't dare to pull on it to put it in place. Thank you! :)

The investment in this trampoline represented a big sacrifice for us knowing that it was easy to find the same size much cheaper in another brand. However, we do not regret it at all because you get what you pay for and that is exactly what we were looking for, it is a great product. Only downside on the 48h delivery which almost failed, but everyone took their responsibilities and we were able to give this trampoline to my daughter on the day "j"!

As much as the customer service is satisfactory, the quality of the bounce board and skis is too disappointing. The fixing straps are too long, the heel stops tear off in a few days, the red grip tears just as quickly ...
