We ordered a 4m30 trampoline and we are satisfied with our purchase. The assembly instructions are quite clear. However, the protections on the pillars are not mentioned in the instructions and we realized this once finished, but nothing too bothersome. However, after assembly, we noticed that one pillar end was broken. But I can't say if it was broken before assembly because we did not check the parts. Good purchase.

Very serious site, quality trampoline (quality/price ratio above other market offers) and very well packaged. Some plastic ties holding the net loosened right from the start, I contacted customer service who immediately rectified the issue without any discussion: they sent me about fifteen much more durable metal ties for free. Professional seller to recommend.

I am really very satisfied in all aspects, trampoline conforms to my expectations, very precise explanatory notice, fast delivery and top packaging. I even managed to test the after-sales service because two springs seemed poorly formed and after a simple little email on Sunday evening, they re-sent them to me on Monday morning. Nothing to complain about, keep it up!

Product perfectly conforms to the description, excellent quality and robustness. The price may seem higher than that of other mats on the market, but the difference is noticeable even to untrained eyes. Assembly is a bit technical but definitely ensures more safety. Kindness and availability of operators for order/delivery assistance.
