Very pleasantly surprised to have received replacement hooks by mail (which I had mentioned in my initial review), I am tempted to give one more star because really everything has been perfect so far. As a regular online buyer, I have never seen such responsiveness and professionalism... Bravo to everyone. PS: Having limited access to the trampoline to three, my 11 grandchildren are queuing for their turn!!!
