Hello, we thank you for your comment confirming the receipt of a spare part, namely a jumping mat. We indicate on our website that the carrier only calls for leisure trampolines. The large packages. For a package under 25kg, we pass it to the DPD carrier (formerly EXAPAQ) who manages all small packages and cannot call before delivery. This is mentioned in the shipping emails. hello I am very happy with both the service and the product. It was the first time I bought and I had to call to solve some doubts and the treatment was perfect. The only flaw I found is that it came without assembly instructions, although I also have to say that we had no problems assembling it.
