Robust material and generally well designed. The instructions could be more explicit to avoid assembly errors (orientation of the legs, direction of the net, etc.). The lower attachment of the net to the springs is a disaster (the attachments break one by one). I managed to secure all the attachments with a cord that goes around under the spring area.

Excellent value for money. High-quality product (a competing product of 4m20 has only 90 springs, here for the 4m30 there are 230 springs). Instructions need improvement for the ladder and anchoring.

Very good quality trampoline, solid and reassuring. Assembly is easy, but you should plan several hours (about 3 for the oval). Only downside: the carrier did not contact us before coming to the house... Fortunately, he was able to return 2 hours later and we managed to be there... But that doesn't take away from the seriousness of the trampolines.

Almost a month after the purchase, I am very satisfied all around! After a purchase in a large store that lasted only 2 years, we decided to opt for the quality of materials, design, and service (great advice before the purchase). Order executed very quickly and with a precision that we have lost the habit of. Express delivery and appointment with the delivery person with accuracy: A flawless performance all around. As the children had both trampolines side by side, the difference was striking: quality of jumps, overall safety, sturdiness, and absence of vibrations. This is the second one purchased in our family circle: probably not the last.

Delivery services adequate to what was agreed. I contracted urgent service and it did not arrive on time, ruining the surprise of my little daughter's birthday, without being compensated in any way, just with the relevant apologies after my complaint. And to make matters worse, I was charged for the urgent service for which I had to request a refund. Satisfied with the product purchased, not so with the delivery service.

Dear customer, Our delivery time, as indicated repeatedly on our website, is 3 to 7 working days. When placing your order 48 hours before the desired delivery date, we told you that we would do our best to deliver it on time, that is, making an urgent shipment with a supplement of €10 knowing that in that case the delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. And we did so, with the bad luck that the package arrived in 72 hours and not in the desired 48 hours. Still, we immediately proceeded to refund the €10 supplement for this shipment and we apologize for the inconvenience caused, despite having made it clear from the beginning the impossibility of guaranteeing 100% delivery within the desired time. We regret that our delivery times affected your daughter's birthday. Best regards
