Aside from an expedited delivery, I am satisfied because the trampoline meets my expectations in terms of safety, sturdiness, and my children are thrilled. The only downside is that I couldn't install the free trampofoot because a strap is missing, and my children are eagerly waiting to try it. I reported it, and they kindly offered to send me 2 or 3 for the future. What more can I say except that everything is for the best in the best of worlds!!! Thank you FRANCE TRAMPOLINE. PS: it's a shame that shipping costs are so high outside of buying a trampoline because I would surely have ordered other accessories very quickly.

trampoline jump up 360 excellent structure manufacturing, no assembly problems, two springs with reversed fittings replaced quickly by customer service. Note: you need to position the fiberglass rods that hold the safety net correctly. This is not very clear in the assembly instructions. The overall quality seems good but needs to be judged over time.

Solid material, easy to assemble, meets our expectations. We even received a mini trampoline as a gift because there was a one-week delay for the supply. Very good quality/price ratio. This is not the gadgets found in commercial areas. Even in the entry-level (oxygen), the product is very well finished. The height of the net is optimum and very secure. The mat and springs allow for nice jumps and the impact remains relatively soft.

Excellent quality product, very well built!! Clear installation manual. The kids are thrilled with their new toy. Regarding France trampoline, I had a screw shorter than the others for assembling the protective net, an email to customer service and 4 days later a set of 12 new screws arrived at home without spending a single cent.
