Customer service provides good advice and is attentive. Fast delivery and appointment with the delivery person. Very good quality Booster trampoline and relatively easy assembly. The trampoline holds up well and has a good bounce. Satisfied with our purchase.

Very good quality products. Safety is also impeccable. The accessories (roof skirt with pockets and even the igloo tent is great) I have not encountered any problems since my purchases and am very satisfied to have chosen France trampoline.

Purchase of a jump'up 360, package arrived in very good condition, no delivery problems (even during the holiday season), very simple and well-explained assembly. The material seems to be of good quality and the assembly does not move during use. In short, nothing to complain about for now.

Everything went very well, before my purchase during my questions over the phone, the delivery (call from France trampoline to verify that it had taken place), the installation of the trampoline with understandable instructions. It is still better to have two people for the assembly with some strength! The kids are delighted, the trampoline seems to be of very good quality. And I am delighted to have bought from a French company that focuses on quality rather than from a company from the other side of the world that improvises as a trampoline manufacturer!

The site is clear, both in the product descriptions and in the pricing or delivery conditions, which were met. Assembly without major difficulties, but you still need to be 2 adults and have at least 2 hours ahead. The instructions are in French and are explicit (diagrams, tips to simplify assembly). An excellent rating for an excellent service.
