For me, the ordering process with France trampoline is very good and I don't see what improvements could be made. I used the phone to have a contact person to finalize my choices. I received all the necessary advice.

Product conforms to the description on the website, well designed and seems to be of good quality. However, any potential disassembly during winter will be complicated, I plan to cover/tarp the trampoline.

One downside: the delivery!!!! No delivery possible on Saturday, this does not encourage purchases for couples who work together and whose work hours are early in the morning and late at night. If we hadn't been at my daughter's during this time, we wouldn't have bought this trampoline from you. Too bad because everything else is perfect.

Just need to improve the assembly instruction manual for the trampoline. More detailed, meticulous, maybe number the parts or name them by letter. I would use your site again if I need to change some parts of my trampoline. Otherwise, everything was very good from ordering to delivery as well as the quality of the trampoline. Thank you.

There is nothing to improve. The order was perfect with very pleasant customer service over the phone. Very good delivery, the delivery person called to schedule an appointment before coming. One thing, on the trampoline pack advertisement, there was a bonus gift of a football net that my son was eagerly waiting for, but it was not in the box. However, after reporting it to France trampoline, no problem, they will send it to me quickly. Again, a big thank you for this trampoline that brings joy to my son.
