Following a delivery delay, the ordered trampoline net was left in a barn. When I found it, it was too small. You exchanged it for me, a nice commercial gesture. I sent back the too small one. Thank you for this commercial conduct. Ams

Very fast, corresponds to what I was looking for to repair a Kanguy trampoline, the only small detail is that the fiber rods do not match the diameter of the trampoline as they are too short by 40 cm. I suppose there is a difference in circumference between Kanguy and France Trampoline despite having the same diameter. This did not prevent me from remedying it, so my grandchildren can continue to use it.

I had bought a 3.60m dome and one of the bars had a design flaw. I took a photo and sent it to customer service. They were prompt to respond and very kind. They sent me a new bar to replace the defective one. Thank you sincerely for your seriousness and to France Trampoline which I highly recommend. Best regards

The trampoline is of excellent quality. The concept of the top and bottom ring holding the safety net is great and very reassuring. Small downside, the design of the opening to get in could be improved. It lacks practicality. Last request: I bought 4 weights and one of the four is flat. Is it possible to replace it please? Thank you.

We purchased a rectangular trampoline for our 4-year-old daughter. The quality of the materials is absolutely superior to trampolines on the market with lower prices. Very serious and professional company. There is an excellent quality-to-price ratio. Assembly should be done by two people and is not very quick, as we expected it to be when assembling a structure of that type. In conclusion, I recommend the purchase!

Strap to tighten the zip line is useless. The length of the strap is too short for the circumference of a tree. Impossible to tighten my 50m zip line. The ratchet of the strap is of poor quality, it's a toy, in short, I lost ***€.

That said, we are surprised by your feedback as we have never had sizing issues with this item since it has been on sale. The tension strap measures 4.00m and is suitable for a tree with a maximum diameter of 3.00m. This information is now available on the site.
