First, a completely wrong, very large and heavy item was delivered. The right one was much smaller and was then sent relatively quickly. Storing and returning the large item cost me some effort. There wasn't even a thank you for that.

We immediately sent you the correct product. Unfortunately, the pickup of the goods by our carrier could only take place at the beginning of January due to the Christmas holidays.
