The only problem we had was that they sent us two fewer T joints and when they sent them, they sent some that were smaller than those of the trampoline we bought, they should improve in ensuring that all the pieces are there and that they are the correct ones before sending the order, everything else was fine, they solved the problem quickly and kindly, the trampoline is fabulous, the kids are happy

A few small issues with the delivery which was postponed. Communication with the delivery organization was a bit complicated. I was asked to choose a day and date but I could never access my account.
