The carrier is not very fast. I had to contact them 2 times to be delivered. Otherwise, the trampoline is not bad. I had a low-end trampoline before, and I see the difference. The quality seems to be there. We'll see if over time, the protective cover and net will hold up. The bounce is really good, the trampoline doesn't move much when you jump on it, you don't see it deforming. For now, the kids are thrilled and so are we. We'll see over time if it lasts longer than the others.

Nevertheless, the delivery time announced by our carrier was indeed respected: your order was handed over to them on 17/08/2017 and delivery was made on 21/08/2017. For any order of products in stock, we commit to shipping within 48 working hours. An additional delivery time of 2 to 5 days is then added, so that the carrier can deliver your order to you. We could have given 5 stars but the downside is due to the delivery: some material was damaged, the box was crushed and therefore some parts were missing. I needed to replace the trampoline springs. Serious site, easy to access, but I didn't see anything in the spare parts to change the foam in the covers that protect the springs. I recommend the site
