Hello Sir, we have taken your comment into account and we apologize if the sleeves for poles with a diameter of 25mm and 1.80m long do not fit your poles. We are ready to reconsider your request. I received excellent advice from a competent and pleasant person during a phone call. I ordered on the site without any issues. The delivery was on time and in accordance with the order. We installed the equipment following the instructions. It seems to be of good quality and the little children were and are still delighted. What more could you ask for?

I was able to choose the delivery day and it went well even though we had to wait all day. A call to inform us of an estimated delivery time would be a plus (morning or afternoon without being ultra precise).

After a month of use, the trampoline meets our expectations. The delivery went well, the assembly too (we took 4 hours), everything seems to be of very good quality. The only downside is that the net needs to be changed every year... written recommendation on it. That can get expensive in maintenance...

The trampoline corresponds to what we expected. It is space-saving and its assembly was not difficult. The delivery went very well within a very short time. Now the children are waiting for nice weather to fully enjoy it! We would like to find a protective cover that completely covers the trampoline (mat and protective net) but apparently, this does not exist at France Trampoline.
