Well received on time, good communication with the seller... responded to both our emails and our phone call.... very friendly for the trampoline of great quality compared to the previous one, my daughter spends a lot of time on it, with or without her friends. It is big; she loves it. We have had it for a short time, let's see over time.

We made a request to buy a fiber arc to hold the net. We had a delivery error "wrong diameter", we called immediately and they delivered another surround very quickly. Just a big thank you for their responsiveness and kindness.

Very good as always. At first, one thinks that 15€ for delivery is expensive, but afterwards, the service is there. Impeccable delivery with a text message for choosing delivery times and even the possibility of changing the address (neighbor). Perfect and compliant material. Best regards.

The delivery times were respected, but the boxes were damaged without the material being affected. For assembly, it is necessary to be two; otherwise, it’s a hassle, otherwise good material to recommend.

Hello, we do indeed recommend having 2 people to assemble the trampoline, as stated in the leisure trampoline assembly guide. Sometimes, skilled DIYers manage to assemble it alone, but it is easier with 2 people. The France Trampoline team.

Excellent service! Fast delivery as expected, very easy and quick assembly for an adult and an 11-year-old child, happy to help. I had to buy a soft material to place under the feet of the trampoline (as it was placed on a hard surface). Perhaps a recommendation on what to put and where to buy it would have helped me.
