Excellent!!! I contacted customer service following a problem with the fasteners of the mats around the trampoline and the net arch. Although these parts are no longer guaranteed, customer service sent me everything and I received the package 2 days later!!!

Regarding the service, just a remark regarding the delivery date which was not respected (only a few days off). In the face of this malfunction, our contacts were very responsive and friendly, so everything went well in the end. Once the trampoline was installed, a real joy for our three children, from two to ten years old!! We are delighted to have invested in a quality trampoline! We recommend France trampoline.

I contacted an advisor who provided me with excellent information and gave me time to think. Then I ordered, the trampoline arrived on the scheduled day well packaged by a top-notch carrier as well. The trampoline was installed the next day, the assembly went well, everything was perfect. The children are thrilled for hours of fun. I highly recommend this serious site.

This trampoline tent is really great... it protects the children from bad weather, they can play in it even when it rains... In summer it protects from the sun... great the only downside I ordered in blue without paying attention and I prefer it in green because it is brighter, it would be nice if the colors were lighter to take photos without flash... we slept one night in it with mattresses the children loved the experience _ great product that attracts all the friends to our house!!!

My order went very well, they were very responsive a few days before Christmas to ensure we received our package on time. The sales team called me back very quickly after my order to explain the delivery terms. Very professional and available team... We can’t wait for winter to end so we can set up our trampoline, but if the quality of the product is comparable to the seriousness of this company, we should not be disappointed.

I received all the items as announced. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the trampoline whose springs break almost daily to the point that I can no longer use it. I still have 2 broken springs, even after repairing the others. I weigh 68kg and I practice every day for 10 minutes doing jumps of 15cm maximum, jumping in the middle of the trampoline... I am very surprised by this failure. What can I do?
