Good responsiveness to a size problem which happens to be the protective net. A second one was sent which unfortunately was also not the right one and I am still waiting for the correct net for a 4.90m.

Shipping and delivery were perfect. The assembly manuals leave something to be desired for occasional DIYers, especially for the foot fixation (orientation of the ergo as once in place it is very difficult to correct).

delivery on time, quality packaging, clear instructions, 2 good hours of assembly for two ... everything seems very sturdy and meets our expectations and those of the children. just a downside about the door net that does not close completely (a bit too tight?) and since we have many carts in the neighborhood I fear they might settle there for a nap. otherwise nothing to complain about

Hello, As indicated in our T&Cs, Delivery tab, trampoline deliveries are subject to an appointment that must be made directly with the carrier. The delivery method is standard and offers delivery on weekdays, with a wide time slot (9am-3pm). However, we remain available to our customers to best supervise the rounds of the transport company.

super quality trampoline! we are delighted, as it is made in France, and the quality is really there, the finishes are really top-notch. I do not give 5 stars because the assembly instructions are not the easiest, I had to look for a tutorial on the internet. but very well done, as France trampoline provides it!

Hello, the assembly manual mixing diagrams and text has been detailed as best as possible, but we can understand that it still proves a bit complicated to understand. The trampoline is very good, of very good quality. However, the trampoline was a bit damaged during transport: scratches and some damaged elastics, but everything works. Otherwise, the quality/price ratio of France trampoline is the best.
