We send your package to a professional carrier who often delivers within 48 hours after ordering. Such a level of service often reflects on the price. Hello, we thank you for your comment confirming the receipt of a spare part, namely a jumping mat. We indicate on our website that the carrier only calls for leisure trampolines. The large packages. For a package under 25kg, we pass it to the DPD carrier (formerly EXAPAQ) who manages all small packages and cannot call before delivery. This is mentioned in the shipping emails.
