We are happy with the products and the after-sales service but a bit less with the delivery because the carrier absolutely did not check where we lived (in a dead end in the countryside) and arrived with a huge truck for a simple trampoline.... we had to fight with the driver to deliver to the indicated address with his pallet truck (luckily he had one!) and not at the entrance of the dead end. Better, our neighbor was delivered at the village stadium next door!

The material from France Trampoline is of high quality; the constantly available spare parts are a major asset in the choice of trampoline purchase. The website could be a little more user-friendly (difficulties finding the part among the number displayed; the sections a bit disorganized and the back navigation in the pages disconcerting. However, a confirmation of the order after a phone call from customer service pleasantly surprised me. Very secure packaging, very fast shipping and delivery. Very good!

Very good quality trampoline, very good phone contact and fast delivery. Small downside for the assembly and the user manual which lacks detail. 1h30 of assembly announced, we took 8h!

Therefore, we prefer to have an oral confirmation with our client on this subject to know if they have taken the right measurements mainly. Otherwise, it is only in front of the trampoline that one realizes that the mat does not fit on their trampoline. We prefer to "prevent than to cure" in this case indeed. The France Trampoline team.
