the carrier contacted us to arrange the delivery and it was only during this delivery that he mentioned having only one package out of the three expected. This necessitated a second visit from the carrier the next day for the two missing packages. It would have been simpler if the carrier had informed us during the first contact, we would have asked him to wait for a single complete delivery.

Very good description of the products on the site. Fast shipping. Note, the carrier was supposed to call me 30 minutes before delivery but did not do so. Fortunately, I was home when he arrived. Boxes damaged but not the contents. Long assembly but easy with two people. Everyone loves it.

I was pleasantly surprised because there was nothing to say about the delivery, it took us 2 hours to assemble the trampoline with 2 people with no bad surprises which is quite rare, the quality is really great (to see over time) no unpleasant surprises except maybe the fact that I ordered the fixing kit at the same time which is still not available which worries me a bit because we are in a rather windy region and I put stakes in the meantime, that's all.

I wrote them a note asking them that the shipping address of the bed was not the postal address, since the place where I wanted the delivery is a property where there are no streets, and I indicated that in the address sent they would explain how to get to the site. They did not listen to me, and I had to carry the 120 Kg. and move them awkwardly damaging the car to my home.

If this address was not correct, the carrier could not know. Nevertheless, I can assure you that on our part we transmitted all the information to the carrier and asked him to contact you to receive the necessary instructions for delivery, and according to our information, he did so. I also told you that if you had any problems with the delivery, you could call our phone number and we would take care of solving it, however, on the day of delivery we did not receive any news from you. Please understand that the carrier made the delivery at the address provided. If you wanted the delivery to be made at another address, you should have provided it to us. In addition to transmitting all possible information to the carrier and making ourselves available in case any problem arises, there is little more we can do.
