Everything went perfectly from A to Z. The material is great. It would be good to have protective covers for the zip line. They were included with the ninja. I will expand soon. Then you can get back to the starting point of the zip line via ninja.***

I had bought a tarp for the bed and did not install it until months later. When I installed it, I detected a small hole. I contacted jump in spain informing them of the situation and they delivered a new tarp at no cost (I paid for the shipping). I am very satisfied with the service offered and grateful.

The net also works for a *** trampoline with the appropriate diameter (ours is 330cm). I was initially a bit skeptical about whether they are compatible, but it works. The assembly requires some strength because the fiberglass rods are not particularly easy to thread at the top, but you can manage it. One star deduction because it is really a bit expensive, and the supplied rubber hooks for securing at the bottom are not usable. We use cable ties instead. That works better. (This was also the case with the *** trampoline)

Very happy with the trampoline. The only downside is the manual, which lacks explanations for assembly. We had to disassemble some parts to redo the assembly correctly due to lack of explanations.

Complete pack and good value for money, but the descriptions of the contents are brief. It is not specified that there are protections for the trees, but they are only 1m each. And the slack at the top is difficult to tighten because the rope is doubled to be able to attach the accessories.

Attention with returns! Costs must be borne by the customer. The goods were returned in perfect condition and later it was claimed that the goods were damaged. Refund only at ***%.
