The material seems to be of good quality, we will see in use and against the weather since the trampoline is installed in the garden. We assembled it with two people. A bit of difficulty with the installation of the springs, hence the need to read the instructions carefully.

Very fast, corresponds to what I was looking for to repair a Kanguy trampoline, the only small detail is that the fiber rods do not match the diameter of the trampoline as they are too short by 40 cm. I suppose there is a difference in circumference between Kanguy and France Trampoline despite having the same diameter. This did not prevent me from remedying it, so my grandchildren can continue to use it.

I had bought a 3.60m dome and one of the bars had a design flaw. I took a photo and sent it to customer service. They were prompt to respond and very kind. They sent me a new bar to replace the defective one. Thank you sincerely for your seriousness and to France Trampoline which I highly recommend. Best regards

very good products. Made to measure for our needs, on a large rectangular frame. Mat to be renewed with indications on the location and number of eyelets. Order postponed for a year (cf Covid and closed establishment). Contacts followed despite all this. Regarding the trampoline, there are about fifteen plastic fasteners at the end of the elastics that are broken. I don't know if I stretched them too much or if I positioned them incorrectly. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about between the trampoline, the zip line, and the harnesses. Best regards ***
