Excellent material, sturdy, of quality (which I also appreciate from my perspective as a PE teacher). Small issues with delivery: protective net of the wrong size and some questions during assembly that the instructions did not explain. Good follow-up from customer service and a small appreciated gesture for the minor inconveniences. I recommend without hesitation.

Positives: the quality of the material, Top!... the delivery time, the packaging itself,... Areas for improvement: The entire logistics part, no confirmation email upon payment, hence the doubt of having fallen on a pirate site, no order tracking on the website, the delivery person (it is not France Trampoline but a service provider) who contacts us to warn us on the day of delivery, unable to give us a time frame for delivery (Sorry we also work!) we manage to get the info that he will deliver between 11am and 6pm, I take half a day off for the afternoon to receive the package and boom!... he shows up at 8am... In conclusion: Super material, the kids are having fun safely, but it's a shame that this material does not have the logistics corresponding to the quality of the material!... This will not prevent me from ordering on the site...

I am very satisfied with the service, order, advice, delivery. The Apollo material is of good quality. Assembly took an afternoon. The explanatory instructions for assembly are correct but I had difficulties trying to follow the instructions for attaching the protective net under the trampoline. Not all plastic hooks of the net can hook onto the D-rings! In trying to do so, I put the net under too much tension and 4 rings broke at the first jumps. (I replaced them with small carabiners that I hooked at the level of the springs, so the net is less tense)

After studying trampolines for weeks, I opted for France trampoline. Aside from a broken hook but I will contact customer service (not important) I think I made a good purchase. Time will confirm.

My purchase from France Trampoline is the result of a chance reading of the weekly Famille Chrétienne. The product seems to be good. Its price also seems to be one of the highest on the market but I have no quality comparison. One weak point, however, several of the net attachments under the mat immediately broke during installation.

Perfect agreement with the delivery person for the delivery date. Good product but the instructions are not detailed enough.

The trampoline purchased corresponds exactly to the description on the site. Of good quality, it is easy to implement by following the instructions provided. The safety net caused us some difficulties knowing that the carbon fiber bar that closes the circle tended to open, we had to put a rope at the top to tighten the posts so that they take the right shape. This is just a detail because I reiterate that we are fully satisfied with our purchase. We are waiting for the delivery of the small trampoline offered and forgotten by the carrier for 1 week. I recommend the site and the trampoline purchased, namely the Jum'Up in 430 cms, good fun!!!

Very satisfied with the responsiveness and the product. We were able to repair our trampoline for our guests quickly, as we own a cottage.

Very serious packaging. The quality is there. The children have not used it yet, but we can see, by the way it is made, that it is solid.

Very good customer service. Small delivery issue, apparently due to the carrier, very well managed by the team, and quickly compensated by a commercial gesture for a future purchase. Regarding the trampoline, the product seems robust and of quality. In any case, the children already love it. Small downside, the installation instructions' diagrams could be clearer (perhaps due to the quality of printing).

Customer service is okay although a bit unresponsive at first. No difficulty exchanging a defective part under warranty after providing photos proving the breakage of this part. Ordering wear parts was okay and delivery was very fast. The products ordered to restore a trampoline purchased 3 years earlier have been improved in the meantime. Friendly reception on the phone. Very clear and informative website. Quick order processing and effective confirmation emails. Follow-up by phone for delivery issues was very well done. Assembly instructions were incomplete on 2 very important aspects, particularly regarding the legs of the trampoline, which resulted in incorrect assembly.

Good product. Easy assembly and very well explained in the assembly manual. I might have taken a larger size. For now, this one makes the young ones happy.

Very nice trampoline. You still need to be 2 for assembly. We had a small issue because 2 of the net attachments that fix under the trampoline were broken!! Otherwise nothing to say.

Good quality material. Assembly manual a bit limited for novices, the drawing of the parts is a bit random compared to reality. Otherwise, I recommend this merchant.

The whole set seems to be of good quality with 2 reservations: - the quality of the galvanization has many imperfections - the ground fixing system is very insufficient and impossible to use if there is even the slightest pebble. Moreover, the straps and their tightening system are very rudimentary in quality and ease of use (effective tensioning means are needed!!)

Easy online order, restocking of a net for a rather old model (7 years) turned out to be possible. The restocking time was rather long! Luckily I had planned ahead

For now, nothing to say, everything is great, carrier, advisor, shipment of the package on time. The children are delighted, even the parents. Missing a referral offer. Personally, I assembled the trampoline alone, 3 hours of assembly. Missing information when assembling the T with the holes of the bar to align properly.

my 2 phone calls to get additional information about a product were not handled correctly: I was not called back as agreed. ON THE OTHER HAND, the processing of my order and shipment of the goods was ultra-fast

On the site, it is noted delivery between 2 and 5 days, we received it in 11 days, it can happen but no apology email, nothing at all. After, I think it's good material but I haven't assembled it yet due to bad weather.

Trampoline completely in accordance with its description, of very good quality, no problem at all with assembly. Quick assembly (3h). Clear instructions in French. Only major issue, the carrier lost our package... delivered nearly two weeks late, opened boxes... everything is complete, phew!!!
