Product conforms and fits perfectly with the net. However, the delivery times were very long.

Evaluation: + The material is of very good quality. - The ladder does not allow for a very secure ascent and descent from the trampoline (lack of ramp). + Customer service is very courteous and professional. - Logistics is not their strong point (failure to meet deadlines, no control over delivery providers, and damaged package upon receipt) Experience: I contacted the sales service and placed my order quite in advance for delivery on a specific date (due to a secondary residence). Close to the deadline, I learned that the delivery would not be at my place on the desired day. I had to rent a van to go pick up the packages at the warehouse 1 hour from home. Some packages were damaged and opened. The after-sales service made a commercial gesture for the compensation and offered to replace the items that could have been damaged upon receipt. The material was intact. Assembly: The elements are easily identifiable in the assembly manual. I assembled it alone with my 8-year-old son, it took a bit long (the whole afternoon) but it was doable. The slightly difficult parts: - Pushing the feet onto the base structure - Turning the structure once the feet are fixed. - Pulling the last springs to secure the jumping mat. Usage: The oval 490 trampoline bounces very well across its entire jumping surface. The safety net fulfills its role correctly. Trials - Front and back flips - Jumps with two and three (< 150kg total) - Sitting, lying down, kneeling Conclusion: Given the quality of the material and the professionalism of the agents, the logistics errors are more than compensated.

I appreciated being able to reach someone from France Trampoline who advised me appropriately before I placed my order. I just regretted that the delivery times were longer than expected but when I called France Trampoline again, the necessary was done with the company and the order then arrived quickly

Product shipped on a Monday, the day of the order, delivery scheduled for Wednesday, the delivery person did not come, postponed to Friday same, again postponed to Monday same, delivered on Tuesday by an independent delivery person because DPD is incompetent, France trampoline must absolutely change delivery company, otherwise product received of quality no comparison with products sold on discount sites.

Ekomi site not optimized for phone. France Trampoline order shipped quickly but problematic delivery via untrustworthy provider. Offering a pickup option directly at the platform would avoid many unfulfilled delivery schedules. Otherwise, quality trampoline. Easy assembly. Very solid structure. The fabric is a bit soft for athletes. The finishing band could look better with more Velcro for good support. Satisfied with the product.

Quality of the trampoline is great, shipping took a very long time and the packaging was severely damaged. We were promised a 'gift' due to the three-week delivery time, but unfortunately nothing has arrived until today.

Order placed on 07/04/23 for a new jumping mat. Package received on 07/25/23! whereas it is stated delivery between 2 and 5 days delivery by mistake from France trampoline of a safety net instead of the jumping mat and with absolute insistence to receive the return to the store of this net before resending my mat due to this delivery delay, my grandchildren who come only once a year to Evian could not use this trampoline and left very disappointed and I extremely upset. Despite my repeated calls, the sales service did nothing to activate what they call 'their procedure' namely photos of the wrong item, recovery of this net, control upon arrival on their part before finally resending my jumping mat a week after my order

Very satisfied with the trampoline, assembly took longer than expected though. It is solid and seems resistant. Delivery problem: the delivery person never contacted us as expected. On the online tracking: no info for several days. It was only after several calls that a delivery date was agreed upon. We were disappointed to have waited. The user is happy to finally be able to bounce!

Label that is confusing. I thought I would receive springs with the mat

Order and delivery services are efficient, but product quality is very mediocre.

very very difficult to enter our SIRET number, the software did not recognize the name of the company and refused the order wasting time, however, available by phone, someone answered me and helped me well. I strongly encourage you to simplify this aspect (we almost abandoned the order and went elsewhere, which would have been a shame, very beautiful product, and good packaging that will allow us to keep and store the slackline.

Overall qualitative trampoline and meets my expectations. Assembly instructions and tools provided need improvement. Rigidity of the basketball hoop is lacking.

The delivery was fast and complete. The assembly instructions are provided but could contain some additional details (orientation of the feet, assembly of the junction pieces...) the product seems to be of good quality. To be seen in use.

Despite an error on the order, the return went well and customer service was up to par.

The edge of the octagonal trampoline is no longer available anywhere. Nowhere? Well, at France Trampoline! So happy with this, our trampoline can still last for years. Affordable and reasonably fast delivery to the Netherlands. Communication regarding our order has always been excellent.

Good service. Just the assembly instructions are not very explanatory and some quality issues with the protective net that do not impact safety

It's a shame that we can't reach the delivery person to avoid waiting from 8 am to 1 pm or in the evening until 6 pm, it blocks a day and is very annoying. The provided item is correct but the quality is very average, it won't last 10 years like the first one. It weighs 5 kg, the previous one at least 30 kgs! (the protective plastic for the springs)

A small downside on the lack of instructions in the purchased products. One has to look for tutorials on the internet

I find that the instructions are not perfect, for example, one part does not have the same name in the text and in the list of items. The assembly video is very difficult to find on the site and it goes too fast on some important points.

A bit disappointed with the cost of the item, it is relatively expensive for what it is. Moreover, the additional hooks remain expensive.

Delivery OK but fiberglass broke while installing the trampoline net... not optimal but it works anyway.

Very disappointed with the item: basketball hoop for trampoline, whose circle is no longer straight at all, after just a few days.

Explicit site, quality product and very good delivery speed. I removed one star because the net was no longer available. I took a model but quite adaptable with my trampoline. I hope the net will be as strong as the old one but it seems to be of good quality like the brand.

Top order! Awesome trampoline! Only downside is complicated assembly.

Complete product, good quality, durable, easy to assemble. One downside to note, the tension of the cable, I find it was a bit lacking in spacing, which makes the tension to be exerted greater at the arrival point. Alone it's tricky, with two it's better.

The trampoline is good but the box was damaged and the mat around the trampoline doesn't hold well.
