Very good trampoline, very high quality (Jump'up 360). Very good customer service. Fast delivery time despite some issues: stock issues, initially available but ultimately with an additional two-week delay. Then an issue with a defective part but a replacement part provided in 24 hours! In short, real responsiveness.

Trampoline well received and meets our expectations. The quality seems to be there! Assembly was quite easy. Some communication problems with the carrier who did not want to go up our sloping dead end with his truck... we had to insist for him to do his job...

Good overall service; solid product. For the assembly, one of the manuals is in English! A difference between the delivered parts and the assembly manual (brackets), but that does not prevent the assembly.

Good service, exemplary delivery time. At delivery, the packaging carton was missing the name of the trampoline mentioned on the site, so it was impossible to know if the order form was correct compared to the validation made online.

Conforms to the order. Small downside regarding stock: when ordering, the trampoline was in stock and once validated it was no longer! Delay of one week!

First of all, sorry for my late response to your inquiry. Very satisfied with your service. Indeed, despite a delivery date announced at the order that was about to not be respected, you took care of a fast delivery to meet your commitments (thank goodness I called you). Regarding the delivery of the product, the bag containing the assembly parts was open in the box and 3 bolt covers were broken as well as 2 plastic net supports (foot attachment and net attachment)... too bad... In any case, your welcome and your responsiveness are OK. I hope to receive the damaged parts during transport for free. Best regards
