During the reassembly of our jump up 360 trampoline, we lost a plastic spacer that serves as a link between the posts and the feet. We had to buy a set of 16 complete brackets when we only needed one piece (by the way, we have since found the lost spacer!) Ecologically and financially, it is absurd not to be able to buy a common piece separately that is also common to many France trampoline models. Given the quite high price of your models, it would probably be wise to provide 2 or 3 extra accessories in case of loss, as large furniture brands do, which avoids a lot of after-sales service. We received the package 10 days after the order, the post does have delays but it seems to me that it was a private provider.

Clear site, fast delivery. The trampoline seems to be of quality. I still rate 4/5 and not 5/5 for the assembly part: what a hassle to succeed in assembling the pieces (legs), and on the springs if like me you make a mistake at one point by putting 'Monday on Tuesday' good luck to disassemble and go back! I thought the veins in my forehead were going to explode. Once assembled, nothing to report, the kids are delighted that's the main thing.

Trampoline of very good quality. Assembly took a long time because the instructions were relatively unclear. Very disappointed with the delivery service: even though I contacted customer service several times to ask about the delivery day, and they assured me that I would be contacted by the delivery person... that was not the case! It was complicated to welcome the delivery person since it was a delivery to a second home... Aside from this disappointing delivery and the tedious assembly, our children are thrilled with the trampoline.

Good quality trampoline (at least for now). Packaging and delivery service top-notch. The basic trampoline does not come with a ladder or ground anchoring system. You have to order it separately. Personally, I find the accessories a bit expensive, especially the ground anchoring kit. The instructions could use a few more details to avoid partial disassemblies. Hello, We thank you for your trust in our products and in our brand. Indeed, you purchased your Ovalie 430 trampoline in 2014 and we were using a textile net of 160g/m². In 2018, we reviewed all our ranges and to better differentiate them, we decided to switch to a 100g/m² net for the Ovalie range. However, the premium net is still present in our Boost'Up, Octopulse, and Apollo Sport ranges. As for the opening of the net, due to a new standard, we are no longer able to provide openings in a wallet style or with an L-shaped zipper. The package was delivered quickly. However, the new way of attaching the mat to the trampoline is quite complicated. This is the 4th mat I have ordered in 18 years. I prefer metal eyelets to rubber passages where I can't get the elastics through to attach the mat. It’s not worth more than one star * !!!

We believe that the new model of Apollo 400 has worsened at the entrance to the trampoline. It is very tight and is no longer open at the bottom like the previous model. Definitely, the entrance is very narrow. In our case, which is for use by different children and every Saturday, the entrance area will end up breaking very quickly. The assembly instructions are not clear at all (besides not being in Spanish). We had to disassemble what was already assembled several times since the instructions do not warn of the mistakes you can make. Too many hours of assembly. This can be avoided by making clearer instructions that prevent assembly errors that force you to disassemble everything already done to continue.
