Hello, We apologize for the issue encountered with your jumping mat purchased in 2020. Our jumping mats are as solid as possible. For years, their triangles have been attached with 8 rows of stitching and a reinforcement strip under each triangle. After years of selling this system, we are confident in the lifespan it offers with long resistance when the trampoline is used normally. Based on experience, we lean towards your case being a very intensive use of the trampoline, as you changed the jumping mat and all the springs of your trampoline 2 years ago. This approach is relatively rare in fact. Even old springs can last for years after their purchase and rarely break. Hello, We have taken your comments regarding the slackline into account. We are disappointed to read, after a year and a half (and not 6 months), that your experience is not more positive. Indeed, we have only received positive feedback on this product range and we are very happy with its quality and long-term resistance. As explained during our email exchange, it seems that the tree protectors, provided with the strap, were not installed when setting up your slackline, which caused the bark of the tree to rub against the strap, resulting in the tear. Despite this poor installation, we have exceptionally sent you a replacement strap under warranty.
