We installed the equipment this spring while scrupulously following the instructions, but this summer the bottom strap broke suddenly while my children are young and light. Not even 6 months of installation with little use. Given the selling price, it is really poor quality.

Indeed, we have only received positive feedback on this product range and we are very happy with its quality and long-term resistance. As explained during our email exchange, it seems that the tree protectors, provided with the strap, were not installed when setting up your slackline, which caused the bark of the tree to rub against the strap, resulting in the tear. Despite this poor installation, we have exceptionally sent you a replacement strap under warranty. Strap to tighten the zip line is useless. The length of the strap is too short for the circumference of a tree. Impossible to tighten my 50m zip line. The ratchet of the strap is of poor quality, it's a toy, in short, I lost ***€.

I am disappointed with the product. Indeed, when we bought the jump 250 trampoline, the net opened in an L shape with Velcro and plastic carabiners. The one we received opens with a vertical zipper, which complicates getting in and out of the trampoline. I would have preferred 2 zippers to maintain the L access.

Serious site and fast delivery. The materials are of good quality but not easy to assemble, you need at least 2 people. The instructions are well explained. The only thing I find really impractical is the complicated net to assemble and my trampoline protection, there isn't really any fixation, so when you jump the spring protection comes off.
