The order delay was extended but the communication was good. They even offered us an equivalent product that could be available sooner. Since it wasn't urgent, we stuck with the initial order. And once it arrived, it was absolutely compliant and still of quality. Our trampoline is set for a long time, we do not regret the initial investment 8 years ago. Our children are grown today but still spend time in it. And the little ones passing by love it too.

I ordered a new net once received at home it was torn. After several phone calls, photos and responses - a lot of work - the person is absent - call back Monday.. I finally had a person who, seeing the photos sent, finally sent me another one. But it took time.

However, precautions are indicated such as 'The trampoline roof must be removed in case of strong wind and rain to avoid any lifting, deterioration or accumulation of water on the fabric. It is a matter of the safety of the protective net. This accessory does not guarantee the waterproofness of the trampoline.' it is indeed just a simple fabric to shelter your trampoline, its maintenance is therefore quite meticulous.
