Very nice object. My son is very satisfied with his trampoline that bounces perfectly for all his jumps and rotations. The chosen size fits perfectly in our small garden. Only downside: the plastic hooks break easily and the Velcro of the protective belt of the net do not all match those of the net.

The 2 items were not available at the same time but I had to ask to have the delivery of what was available. I think this could have been offered. I repurchased a complete net and a protective cover for an old trampoline, I would have liked a commercial gesture as it was a big budget and there were offers on the site. I was told there were no more promotions. It's a bit disappointing.

Happy with this trampoline which is of very good quality. I would just say that the weakness is the plastic hooks that break easily so I made a request to customer service and they sent me some free of charge. But they break again. I had to replace them with metal hooks that I bought at a hardware store. Otherwise, very good product and very responsive customer service. So product to recommend.

The quality of the products is there but very disappointed regarding the delivery time and the information provided following my call. Indeed, I took the care to call to ensure that the order would arrive before 24/04, the date of my daughter's 10th birthday. Package received quickly! But once installed, the ladder is unsuitable for my setup. The slackline of the ninja course needs to be very high to prevent the ladder from dragging on the ground! Moreover, it is unsuitable for young children! A product that will not be used!
