The bars of the monkey bars and top den are far weaker than the bars of the main de we have. Our child who is only 30kg was afraid using the monkey bars as they bowed when he used them and the way the canvas at the bottom of the top ten dips down a lot and the bars bend which made him feel unsafe. We were disappointed because the main structure was very solid. We were so disappointed we did not attach the ladder, my husband who is a metal worker wishes to strengthen the ladder before trusting it with our child

After-sales service of no use, incorrect item description and cumbersome solution... My next purchase will be at another store.

Very good product. Easy order on the site. Very good to be able to get spare parts. One downside. The pole + attachment + net + arch kit is cheaper than the arch and net alone...???!!!??? However, delivery is very problematic. In 2025, you can't ask the customer to wait for free from 08:00 to 18:00 for a home delivery... It's absurd... Change providers or find platforms closer to package pickups... Delivery is paid!!! And I have to wait at home for 10 hours?? It's shameful. This failure will make me order elsewhere next time...

Good quality trampoline but difficult to assemble in the absence of sufficiently detailed instructions in the assembly manual. Moreover, if we hadn't kept the tool to pull the springs from the old trampoline, we would never have managed to assemble it.

Product conforms to the description. Assembly requires good physical condition and at least 3 people are necessary at certain stages of construction.

The product is great, it has crazy success with friends and children who come to the house. We have negative remarks to make: The assembly of the dome and the slide is almost impossible with 2 adults, a 3rd person is needed. The manual should include a summary of the entire product: we assembled the dome entirely before realizing that we should not go all the way up to install the cabin. The spacing of the slide to stretch the fabric is mission impossible, we had to use a jack to get the gap!! There is a gap between the end of the cabin and the beginning of the slide because we could not adjust as requested in the manual, it does not work technically. Our daughter did not see the gap at one point and one leg went through, she hurt herself badly. To secure the fact of climbing on the dome and the monkey bridge we added anti-slip stickers, it would have been good if you thought to propose or provide it directly.

The material is quality as usual. Fast delivery. However, the slide had a part pre-assembled, which was pre-assembled upside down. We had to turn it around.

Ordered trampoline spare parts. Delivery to Switzerland unfortunately not possible. (= 4 stars) Therefore sent to a border station in Austria. Fast delivery. VAT refund worked smoothly, with customs receipt as pdf. Communication was good. Attention: Emails may end up in the spam folder.

Inadequate after-sales assistance

Hello, we had an issue with the springs a few weeks after our purchase. At the beginning of 2024, the boys tore the safety net while using the trampoline. We waited to change it but I admit we are a bit disappointed. When installing the net according to the recommendations, the fiber ring broke at one point. We reinforced it with repair tape... Our children are far from intensive use and yet we encountered a failure three times. Hoping this net will hold up this time.

Solid, good materials, both the structure and the net. Not easy to assemble (at least two people, one of whom should be handy) but it's worth it, we are reassured to have the children safe.

The product is very good but the assembly instructions are terrible. It was a nightmare to install with errors related to the lack of explanations and extremely complicated backward returns.

GOOD MATERIAL, but there were missing pieces in the package so I called the number written in the assembly book to get customer service, they were supposed to call me back but the after-sales service is like I was a few days before Christmas I had to make the missing pieces myself. I ordered and paid for a trampoline surround on 23.09.2024 because I had a good experience with the delivery of a jumping mat. The delivery date was set for 28.11.24, and on 29.11.24, the handover to the carrier was confirmed. Since then, the shipment has been untraceable, as communicated via email on 12.12.24. As of now, on 05.01.25, I have no information on whether and when I will receive the delivery.

The quality of the trampoline seems to be there. I am still disappointed that the ladder was not included in the basic offer knowing that in the photos on your site describing the product, one can see one.

I had to reorder products even though it was a break under warranty.

The delivery went well. The assembly was a bit sporty to achieve good tension on the supports. The spaces between the accessories were more numerous than the number of accessories, so there was a bit of confusion but no difficulty in installation.

The only downside is that I wasn't informed about the delivery... Luckily I was home when the delivery person came by, but it's a shortcoming.

Unpackaged carton delivered damaged and the item inside was also damaged. For such an expensive item, it's a shame. A partial refund was made but still disappointing.
