In general, I am satisfied but a problem with stock led to a lack of reflection on delivery. I ordered a net and the upper support for it, I only received the support, the net not being available for 2 months!! I have no use for the support without the net, I would have preferred to be offered to cancel the delivery. I therefore found a net on another site, significantly cheaper and of better quality.

Very very long delay (but with the confinement problem). One of the items did not meet my expectations (no elastic in the replacement fiberglass arcs for the top of the net, unlike the original part, so quite a hassle to install).

Furthermore, regarding the fiberglass arcs, indeed these replacement parts are now offered without elastic for logistical reasons. It should be noted that the elastics did not serve to hold the arcs at all: it is rather their size, number, and adjustment that keep the net firmly in place. The delivery was catastrophic: the first one arrived on a pallet that was too small, one leg was broken. I immediately spoke on the phone with someone very nice from France Trampoline who told me they would immediately resend my order express, but I had to wait another week to receive the second one which was on the same pallet barely more protected but fortunately intact, without an email confirmation or phone call, which raises stress when you see marked delivered on the tracking but it has not arrived... it would be good in this case to inform the customer of the REAL evolution of the delivery!!!

Zip line meets expectations and is of good quality. It makes my daughters happy. The instructions are quite complete but there is one important detail missing in my opinion: what do we do with the return of the line once we go around the tree? Should we cut the remaining length? I opted for a loop to pass the line back through the clamps towards the arrival tree.
