Very nice trampoline. Practical for small spaces. The quality of service is correct. The only downside is the assembly manual which confused us more than helped with the assembly. However, do not embark on this project if there are not at least three people to assemble it. My husband and I struggled. Four hours to assemble it cost us. In the end, the last leg was connected without the joint so that it could connect.

I paid *** for fast delivery (24/48h). The trampoline arrived just under 2 weeks later. There were noted delays in orders but I thought that by taking this option it would avoid these delays as it was not specified. I therefore find that there is a lack of information on the site. Moreover, there were errors to note in the description. The product seems to be of good quality. However, the manual mentions 1h30 of assembly... and it takes much longer.

Quick shipment and satisfied with the ordered trampoline. Assembly was a bit difficult, we had to get three people to do it. The quality is currently meeting expectations. We'll see in a few months. The negative point was the delivery company; I had to contact them to find out where my package was, and only then did they offer me an appointment for delivery... fortunately, because I think I could have waited a long time. On March 19, I ordered two protective edges and have not yet received them even though they were in stock. Last year everything worked perfectly, but this year, I have called 4 times and each time I was told it is on the way. As of now, April 14, I still have not received them.

Very fast despite the circumstances. Happy with the product, the only reservation is that the zipper of the net closes difficultly and reopens by itself... we are vigilant and never far away but the children cannot close it by themselves. The net is very tight at the bottom of the zipper, I fear it may break quickly... But overall we are delighted!

Could you please install the net as follows and let us know if the problem persists? - Detach the net from the bottom of the trampoline - Close the zipper all the way and attach the plastic clips. - At the zipper, hook the elastic ties by crossing them. Leave the hooks attached and the zipper closed. - Then install the rest of the plastic hooks under the trampoline. Super trampoline, ideal for teenagers! However, we encountered difficulties inserting the fiberglass arcs. They were much larger than the size of the net.. We had to remove one arc to close the circle (and still with a lot of difficulty).
