The total weight of the packages was about 150kg and the delivery person dropped the packages at the end of our driveway and didn't even want to help us load the boxes into the car to move the packages a bit. Satisfied with my order at France trampoline but the delivery service leaves much to be desired as there was no appointment and a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery person's arrival. I could not receive the package as I was absent due to a death and I found my order on a pallet in front of my gate because the delivery person could not come back. Fortunately, the package was in good condition and compliant. So I am not happy with the delivery.

Hello, when ordering, the item did not appear to be restocking and the delivery date was indicated as May 17. I contacted your service to find out when I would be delivered, and it was then that your logistics provider sent me a message on May 16 that the appointment could not be made to honor May 17, even though I had made personal arrangements to receive it. It was finally received on the 21st. I had to organize other arrangements for my son's birthday on May 19. I sent a complaint to your service and am waiting for confirmation of the sending of a replacement item.

The product is perfect, but I was very disappointed with the delivery conditions. The chosen provider asks the customer to be present one day during the week between 8 am and 7 pm, without at least being able to guarantee a delivery in the morning or the afternoon before the morning of the delivery itself. In short, either you take a whole day off just for that, or... too bad for you! I wrote to France Trampoline to report it, but no response... disappointing!
