Very satisfied with the product. A bit long to assemble but the kids are thrilled. It lacks a 5th star because the delivery from Kuhne-Hagel went badly. I had to take care of retrieving all the packages in my car because they did not take care to check if their 18-ton truck could deliver to me while it was empty by the way. This is the first time a delivery person has encountered difficulty for a reason of accessibility that could have been anticipated. I had taken half a day off to respect their delivery time slot. If I hadn't retrieved the packages myself from the side of the road, they wouldn't have delivered to me. Otherwise, very good product.

Perfect welcome and attentive. However, a bit disappointed with the quality of the springs that break a bit too often. However, I disassemble the trampoline every year. The breaks are always in the same place on the spring. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Trampoline that seems to offer good quality and user safety. The kids are thrilled. Assembly is significantly more laborious than in the video. The announced installation time is unrealistic. The delivery was not planned in advance by the transport company as announced on the site. Fortunately, we were present on the day of delivery.
