Quality products.

Very serious. Order received as expected. Serious carrier, an email is sent with the prior shipping date and time slot. Appointment with the carrier well kept and they also contact us by phone. Very satisfied with the delivery and the product.

I simply regretted that the ladder to climb onto the trampoline was not part of the package.

The material I received was defective and was exchanged without any problem. However, I returned the material at my own expense, which is not normal. That said, I do not hold it against them.

Very good performance. However, one spring was defective and the return of a new one was done without any problem. However, for a simple spring, it is a pity that a signature is required upon receipt. We lost a week because of that.

Fast delivery, but I was not notified by phone by the carrier as indicated, fortunately I was able to free myself to receive the package. Good quality product easy to assemble but the hook of 2 sandos that hold the cushion broke on the first use by my daughter who does not yet weigh 20kg (I am waiting for better weather and a more regular use to see if this happens again and contact customer service)

I am talking about the service and not the product which I have not yet unpacked. I am not happy to have seen the price of the trampoline drop the day after my purchase. I contacted you twice by email to express my dissatisfaction but have received no response to date.

Purchase of a replacement net for a trampoline "France trampoline". The longevity of the original justified the double price of the replacement compared to what is found in stores, as promised to be identical. However, the product received is much thinner, the base attachments of the net have no closure system and end up detaching, which leaves me doubtful about the quality of the product. I hope it will prove to be as durable as the old one given the price. Best regards

After-sales service on trampoline: incorrect technical advice, delivered product incompatible and dangerous, return was okay. New order, once again proposed solution incompatible, fortunately we checked... 1st delivery: package arrived completely destroyed (burst + broken parts): refused 2nd delivery: package once again burst and damaged parts: I kept the product out of despair, it is usable although damaged. A lot of hassle for not much...

As of today (3 weeks after purchase and assembly), we are very satisfied with the product. The contact with the carrier for the appointment and delivery was impeccable. The assembly went well too, no major difficulties. The trampoline is of superior quality to our previous model (***). As a parent, I appreciate the very sturdy double door. The little one is having a blast and our acrobat is having a great time. I also jump on it from time to time and it holds up well. Good value for money. We will recommend it.

We compared it for kings, we bought it to be outside, so we will wait until March to set it up. For now, the service to send it was good

Following the return service, disappointing handling on the first contact. On the second contact, you managed to assess the situation of the request. And the after-sales service was carried out. Regarding the delivery, the driver showed up in the morning while the appointment was made for the afternoon. He left a message saying that the second visit would be charged because no one was present during the delivery. After a call, he returned in the afternoon without extra cost. This nonetheless leaves a rather negative feeling about the overall service. However, I want to emphasize the quality of the material from France trampoline as it is present with many of my acquaintances, which is why despite everything I would reorder from them if I need a new trampoline.
