The supplied parts were just right, but there was one defective plastic part to secure the trampoline. I unfortunately lost a screw during assembly. I had to search my garden for a long time to finish the assembly. Instructions not clear on some steps.

Delivery made on time. Complete packaging, understandable assembly instructions, the assembly video is very well done and allows for verification in case of any doubt. Fast delivery by a nice carrier with appointment scheduling. Careful packaging, too bad a nut was missing. Very easy to assemble, I assembled it with my 9-year-old and 7-year-old daughters in 1h30. Very good idea to provide tools, however, the wrench is not practical, for my part I used a ratchet wrench which is simpler and faster. Good purchase, I recommend.

Search on a search engine for a quality and safety trampoline for children. Quick order online without phone contact. Good order tracking online. Delivery scheduled on time by a good subcontractor (***) but at an unsuitable time slot (10-12h from Monday to Friday). Assembly instructions very insufficient due to a significant pagination error (French)

Issue with delivery as the provider only offers appointments in the morning and in the end, they come in the middle of the afternoon. Therefore, one has to take half a day off for nothing as they do not come during the indicated time slot.

this was our 2nd order with them, the 1st had no issues but the 2nd was different... problem with the delivery, I had contacted before placing the order, clearly specified the address which was different from the company's headquarters and well not delivered to the right place.... I am disappointed on that side otherwise trampoline conforms to my request
