The product itself is absolutely great. Assembly is actually very simple and problem-free. Only the delivery by the freight company could be improved. I ordered the desired delivery date, but unfortunately, I couldn't choose a date. I was just called and told that the delivery would come the next day. Even an approximate time frame of 3-4 hours could not be communicated. Therefore, the desired delivery date is unfortunately a pure waste of money.

Regarding the delivery: The trampoline arrived in damaged packaging. I was able to easily contact a France Trampoline advisor who gave me advice to validate the delivery despite the damaged packaging. The delivery person kindly waited while I took advice by phone. A very good trampoline for the price. Unfortunately, I had imagined it a bit better, as it is very tight on the sides and way too soft in the middle. Additionally, 4 springs at each corner are not tensioned. Otherwise, I can only recommend it.
