Nothing to say about the product which fits what we ordered. However, the carrier is really not up to par. Dpd gives us a date and time for delivery and does not show up. In the evening we receive another appointment for the following week only to find the package left in front of the door two days later. When you know the price of delivery, it's a bit annoying.

I am not satisfied with the ground fixation system. The loops are of very poor quality as they deform very easily by hand. I am not sure they will serve their purpose in case of wind. Moreover, the manual for this fixation kit is poor.

Honestly, really not bad! Trampoline bought for the holidays, very accommodating and great delivery person, it was nice of him because otherwise Santa Claus would have been late! Trampoline assembled without rushing in 3 hours with two adults and three children testing it as we went along. The material seems solid, the instructions are accessible and it was approved on the spot. Small downside for the anchoring kit which seems light with a strap whose stitching has given way. But it's just a strap and not the riskiest part. To see in use. Thank you
