Hello, Delivery and product conform to the order - We bought a protective cover for the trampoline but ultimately the installation of the cover with the net turns out to be very complex because it requires at least two people, patience, and especially strength to insert the cover between the net and the trampoline - Purchase not recommended if the trampoline is equipped with a net .....

Certainly, the safety net must be detached to install it. If a cover is installed over the net, it will create a huge wind catch. Trampoline conforms to the description and delivery within the announced deadlines. However, the assembly instructions being intended for several sizes (Access range), some parts for ours (diameter 180) were missing (as they were not necessary); this misled us a bit and therefore complicated the task: we thought we had missing parts.

No assembly guide with the package. The assembly guide I found is not very helpful, not precise at all! And finally a piece of advice: the brackets for fixing the net support tubes should be 3 mm longer.

After studying trampolines on the French market, we chose the Jump from France Trampoline. The sales services are good and the delivery took place correctly. The trampoline has just been assembled. It meets our expectations. However, the assembly instructions could be much better. It is not necessarily the best solution to simply translate the original instructions into French. The assembly requires tools that should be specified in advance. Additionally, at least two people are needed to assemble it. Moreover, one of the two must necessarily have strength. It is not child's play. Offering assembly at a reasonable price would be a great plus in service.

Beautiful craftsmanship, beautiful quality. The only downside is that the ladder is not level (unnecessary for adults). I may be in the minority, but I would have liked to have it without the safety nets that I removed, finding them unnecessary (no children). Overall very positive.

The product listing is not clear enough regarding the presence or absence of the ladder in the sale price of the trampoline.
