hello disappointed to have received the trampoline without checking it, a twisted bracket and all the hooks holding the net were breaking one after the other. After calling, we were told that there were new standards and that they were replaced by steel hooks. Why not have done this before delivering it to us? Now everything is back in order and the children are happy.

For the order tracking and reception at home, everything went well, however I sent two emails regarding questions about the weight announced on the site and the weight of the trampoline received, and the response I received did not convince me. On the other hand, regarding the assembly of the trampoline, there is one step that is not very clear in the manual concerning the assembly of the frame cushion and the attachment with springs underneath!! photos A and B..
